ParCou was founded in 2014 by Jerry Parker and Mark “Gopher” Coulter. Jerry and Mark have a vast experience in Facility Service Operations including Senior and Regional Managerial positions which allotted them the combined experience of overseeing 33 School Districts across 3 states. Their experience led them to launch into the Parker/Coulter (ParCou) business adventure.

Today, ParCou services many facilities across Western Tennessee. We leverage a dedicated team of employees that understand our culture of excellence and providing a service well beyond expectations.  Our team currently serves educational institutions and facilities in the Greater Memphis Area. Since our company opened its doors, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. At ParCou, we have been in the customer seat.
